Start by deleting your temp files and temp internet files, manually. Do a search for *.tmp and *.temp and *.bak files. Move on to cookies. That should free up enough space to do a cleanup.

You must delete some files from "Disk E:" In order to perform a disc cleanup, Windows needs a certain amount of space.

In lieu of deleting files you may wish to retain, you can obtain another hard disc, install it, and move the files from "Disk E:" to that new disc drive.

Delete some of your files... Go to start, then control Panel, and click on add/remove. Explore the software that are installed on your computer carefully and delete those you do not need.

Try a Software named "System Mechanic". It is so good, I have used it. It automatically deletes all useless and unwanted files from your system.
