I have two graphics cards Radeon X850 and X1600 both PCI Express. Would it be possible to put both cards into my computer and then run a monitor off of each and have each monitor run independantly of each other so that I could lets say run an internet browser on one and a game on the other. Please Help

Your PC needs to know which card its going to use. What you want is a dual monitor card. When those are installed windows gives you the option too use a split screen.

If you have 2 pci express slots you should be able to do it. I assume you are running windoze.
You will have 1 primary monitor (with your task bar and all) and the other will be an alternate screen you can drag things in to.

You could always run the cards in series and hook them to your toaster.
