my programs got wiped out of my computer including all of my drivers. I managed to get most of them back but I still can't play dvd's. Don't know what driver to dl to make it work

ok now.. 1-can 2 computers have the same ip adress??and if not seperate ones..how about 1 ipa and 2 cases??and 2 monitors??what about illegal ways??can a secrest network between 2 pcs make them as 1?? can anyone that has ur same ipa _if it's possibe_ spy on you on the net??like..to know every site you visit and everything you down/up load to and from the net from your pc!!!and how about dialing up to the internet from ur ip adress even if he has his own one??and wireless internet too??like an adsl???or dsl??i think there are some illegal ways to do that..right??and how??plz explain as much as u can...thx all..

I like to tell you that there are somany free sites showing boldly all that dirt on the internet. These days, I don't think anyone who has been the college has not seen these dirty sites on the internet. There are so big companies around. Can they not make some virus program which can destroy the sex sites and prevent them from operating? I wish the big companies should accept this as a challenge and set forward. It is after all we have to do this to prevent bastards in our society. Also It is good to teach the generations the values of life. There is no security of marriages today. There is no something called as family existing. Hard times have come. But work should be done that this time does not stay.

can anyone explain to me why a E6700 which is a 2.66ghz with bus speed of 1066mhz costs nearly double the E6750 which is also a 2.66ghz but has a much faster bus speed of 1333mhz?
This is confusing me enormously, the only difference i can see is some different instructions.

I have a dilemma. My computer is in dire need of a GPU upgrade. Right now I am running an nVidia GeForce 7600 GS. It ain't bad, but with COD4, Crysis, etc. on the horizon, I really need to upgrade. Question is, should I wait for the Geforce 9 series coming out (supposedly) in November, or should I bite the bullet now and buy a 8800 (probably the GTX). Or should I wait for the 9 series, and hope the prices on the 8 series goes down (any speculation on how much the prices will decrease?) Thanks!

The laptop is a toshiba portege a100 and the hard drive in it has gone corrupt. a blue screen keeps coming up when i switch it on! i need a 40gb-80gb hard drive please i do not mind 40gb as there is a 40gb in it already and that is fine for me. My cousin passed away in the August and his wife cannot get into the files on his computer. My cousin password protected all the financial files on his computer. However, he did not tell his wife what the passwords are because he apparently took care of all the finances. He didn't leave a written list of passwords that she can find. Who can she contact or where can she go to get these financial files opened? She's lucky she found the life insurance papers, but everything else is on the computer.

ok, so i have this program that can extract emailss from servers but you have to type and the domain and it will crawl through the server and look for emails.... the problem is when i type in a domain like yahoo.com or aol.com it says it cant do it because they are catch all servers, what is a catch all servers? what are email servers? what domains are non catch all servers

Searched the old questions and none quite answered my question, so here goes.

Has anyone recently used an installation CD to install BT Broadband on Windows Vista?

I recently acquired (won!) a PC with Vista. I've had broadband with BT for about a year, so tried to use the original disc to install on new PC. No luck. On the installation, the first item is installing the Broadband Help and it doesn't complete it. I've phoned a BT helpline numerous times with a different answer each time. At the moment I have to wait 5-6 working days for a new disc. Will it work?
