Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add-Remove Programs - select it from the list and choose Remove
Or, if you just want to hide it - right-click somewhere adjacent to the toolbar, a menu will appear, uncheck Google Toolbar - and you won't see it anymore (but it will still be there.)

If you want it to go away from your internet explorer only then you can right click anywhere on top of your address bar and click on the checkmark next to google toolbar. If you want to permanently delete google tool bar, exit from your internet explorer. double click my computers, on the right side you will see an option bar probably named "other places" you will see control panel. Go into your control panel and double click on add/remove programs there you should see an option to delete google toolbar.

go to the control panel and click on internet options. Then click on the programs tab then click on the manage adons tab and there you will find google toolbar and click on that then click on disable, and if you want it back, click enable. Or you can click on view on your hoepage, click on toolbars then click on google and you won't see it until you click on it again.
