Are you asking for a wireless NIC card to access your router, or for an Ethernet card, to access internet anywhere.

A wireless card is fairly cheap, probably about $40.

Ethernet Cards depend on the plan you choose and the provider. Sprint will sometimes give you the ethernet card for free when you sign up for one of their Wireless card plans.

Cards usually run from $0 - $50 U.S., plans run much like cell phone plans, roughly $60 a month.

You will need a plan as well, the card is useless without paying for tower access.

It cost like 20 to 30 bucks for brand new. You should look around first before you buy though, it's not worth paying that much for a ethernet card. Try www.tigerdirect.com or www.cragslist.com for a better deal. Just get a used one, works just as good around from 5 to 15 dollars.
