why do we have to have 1gb of RAM and over 100gb of disk space, with a cd burner and usb port for a laptop?? and what should i have on a laptop?

I have no dotted bar so it's not hidden.
I have selected address on the tools menu.
I tried to see if i can drag down the tools (with that sort of to pointed arrow)
I tried system restore and I lost some important upgrades so I had to undo it.

Now do you have any ideas???

i have checked several times thoroughly and everything seems to be right, all connections are good. even in setup everything is listed properly. i do boot from disc and after "press any key to boot from disc", and pressing a key, nothing happens. it just stays on a black screen. any suggestions?

I got sent this file called images.zip, my friend said "You look awfully funny in this picture, no joke" and I unzipped and, silly me, ran it!

So now, every 10 minutes or so, I send out another "Look at this picture" or "Who is this on the right?" to all my online contacts, and those unwitted enough to open it gets the virus too.

i need advise on getting a graphics card to play sims 2!?

i have installed sims 2 already, but the walls and grass are flashing red and purple respectively...help!

i think i will need a new graphics card and most prob more memory too, but i really don know what on the market is suitable 4 my hardware.

I really need advise on the type, brand of the graphics card and the best price for it.. i have checked out some shops in sim lim square but being a not so advanced computer user i was lost at what was the right one.haha..

I have 2 desktops and I want to link them to run simultaniously and share eachothers workload in an intelligent manner. I do not want to use an A-B switch. For example...If desktop 1 is running a couple applications and computer 2's is not, computer 2 would use its unused memory and/or processing power to help out desktop one and visa versa.
