I want to get a good one but im not sure what one would be good to pick. i want to get one that will work with my pc but will also be powerful.

Heres a list at amazon.com of dual cores. (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/index=blended&field-keywords=amd%20dual%20core&results-process=default&dispatch=search/ref=pd_sl_ms_tops-1_blended_32463374_1&results-process=default )
If you could look at the list and pick one by looking at the other page for what my pc can handle and tell me what would be good i would greatly love that. thanks to any one who answers.

Your PC has the old Socket 939. The dual cores in your link are mainly for socket AM2. Here is the link for socket 939 dual cores.

It appears you have limited choices from Amazon. Better try other on-line retailers.
