XP??

Windows XP comes with a useful command-line utility, ipconfig, which has a switch, flushdns, for removing the entries in the cache. Open a command prompt and enter "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and the cache will emptied.

also try repairing network interface. Rt click on the network Connection that you want flushed, click repair. should flush out a few different cache settings automatically (NetBt/ARP/DNS). Visually check dns by ipconfig/displaydns at cmd prompt.
