Right now I have a Imac desktop, and I like it but I need a laptop computer so that i can bring it to class with me. I don't know which would be beter for me in the long run- I use it to check email, write papers, do homework, and stuff like that. I want one thats fast and has good storage space, but I have no idea-I also would perfer a cheaper one! some one help me pleeasee!

Like I said "I have kids" I have a kids computer and eventually they are able to mess it all up, for once after I spend hours configuring all the drivers and upgrading windows endlessly I would like to save EVERYTHING just as is on the same hard disk in a filesomplace and just hit a keysequence to wipe the drive clean of viruses, malware documents and all and bring it all back to the way it was when I initially set it up... If that is not possible , I have a home network, possibly to store the backup elsewhere? Id rather not though.

I have a set of about 40 CDR's that contain about 15 file folders each. Each file folder is a collection of 10 mp3 files. When I try to transfer the file folders to my hard drive, I can only copy the first 5-7 folders, then I get an error that says "Cannot copy file, cyclic redundancy error." WHY?? How can I transfer the rest of the files? This problem is consistent on every disc, and on several computers I've tried.

How do I get rid of this anti viris program that I got downloaded from the internet into my computer? I was in a website looking for a wrestling article and the computer automatically started to download the anti viris into my computer and now theres weird things that keep poping up into my computer. I went into the control panal in my computer, the question is, Can I delate this program from my computer useing the remove program tab in the control panel or do I have to take the computer somewhere to get the memory cleared, Any help that you can give me with these two questions would be appreciated extremely, Thank You so much and have a great day or afternoon.
