It depends on what you want for speed and what type of connection you want they will all offer you, a new customer a deal for a period of time.
Cable is the best followed by DSL, and then followed by Dial-up
From 9 dollars to 50 a month

i have dsl with AT&T for 34.95 for the speeds of 6016 kbps download and 768 kbps upload
about 600Kb/s download and 83Kb/s upload...
