Helloooooo,
Just wanted to know why holding down the Alt key and using 270 on the right side of my keyboard ends up giving me a question mark instead of music notes. Anyone know any alternative codes for the music notes? Thank you! =D

For ex. When I buy a network interface card
for setting up a star ethernet network...
and I connect everything to the switch/ install my drivers so the adapter will work

but then why do I have to configure it with
the network connection wizard b4 I flip the on switch???? Why is this?
What is the operating system doing that makes this essential? Is it just adding it to the registry (I'm on XP) ..then what is the purpose of the registry exactly?

I have a Yamaha PSR-GX76 keyboard that I would like to use for some midi work. The only inputs/outputs are two of the 5-pin midi plugs on the back, one in one out. Is there a way I can hook this up to the computer so that I can use it to write music in a music notation software such as Finale Notepad or something else? What kind of equipment will I need?

I make sure that all my programs are closed and that nothing is running, but whenever I try to shutdown, I have to press the Turn off button atleast twice for it to listen to me. Does this happen to anyone else? How do I fix this???
Also, videos on my computer havent been playing properly lately. Whenever I play a video, it plays it for about 30 seconds, then it freezes until i hit pause and play. Please help!

I have a win98 computer and everytime I load windows it says that SHELL33.DLL cannot be found
something like that. I cannot see anything even my desktop its just blank. I have no CD-ROM drive but I have a network, I can't use my cd-drive even if I have one because its just blank.

I am putting times in a column (ex. 12:45am) in this format. If I want to total all a.m.'s and p.m.'s in this column, how should i format the cell?

For example:
12:45am
1:37pm
3:45am
4:30pm
..on and on....

Total am: ____
Total pm: ____


Without me having to count each cell, how can I total the entire column into 2 seperate sums???

Okay, so I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash Player which is version 9. When I open my friendster account, I noticed that some of the comments that uses flash player is not playing or showing up, it just replaces with a quicktime icon with a question mark on the corner. I uninstall it again by downloading Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller and installed it again and it works. But everytime I reboot my laptop or quit Safari, I always install Adobe Flash Player, it always get so irritating, I just want the other versions like the version 8, it works perfectly fine but I can't go back there cause I cannot watch videos on Youtube. Any solutions for my problem?
