explain what disc D is... it is different for everyone. Could be a hard drive, floppy drive or cd drive... maybe even a flash drive or anything else that can store data.

well if disc d:/ is acting as your harddive instead of disk c:/ then download CCleaner - a free program and it will free your space, also are you using vista? because if you are, then turn off system restore because it takes up 15% of your memory for something you generally don't need.

That depends on what you mean by disc.

On CDs / DVDs, unless they are re-writtable, you can't remove data.
If you're referring to your hard disk, I would recommend deleting any temporary Internet files, and also going into Control Panel / Add Remove programs and find some applications that you don't use anymore.
