You can just resize your pictures on Microsoft Paint and then store tehm on photobucket. Atleast it's what I do. It's really simple too. On paint you just go to image and then resize/skew and you put in how much you want to decrease or enlarge it by. Then it's just simple as making a photobucket account and uploading your pics.

Picnik is excellent, enormously all of the loose outcomes and kit they have. I used it for years with out having a subscription and that i became so satisfied with it. I did finally get a subscription, yet i've got not got faith it became that costly. incredibly is a great internet site :) stable success!

I don't think there is a single site that does all of that, but photobucket.com is good for storing, hosting and sharing.
