I used to have Windows XP and now I have Vista, and I was wondering if there is a virtual version of Windows Xp that I could run within Vista.

Microsoft let's you download a free copy of Virtual PC.

Virtual PC is software that lets you have a window that acts just like it's a PC of it's own, and you can install an OS in it. I have several OSes loaded into Virtual PCs. The newer versions of Linux work great within a virtual PC.

u mean u wanna run xp progs in vista

it has an in built computability program...right click on the application goto its properties...compatibility...now u can see wat u can do
