im getting an imac but id just like to know about the processor more, if its a intel core 2 duo then wouldnt it be double the processor speed it claims to be(2.0 ghz) and what is 64 bit agriculture, and is it good to have a 64 bit agriculture because some software things like linux distrubutions(i just like to see whats happening in the linux world) say its not compatable with the 64 bit agriculture and is linux not compatable becuase its new technoledgy and how long has 64 bit agriculture been around, and is 64 bit agriculture not usally (if anything) supported by operating systems and is some software(if so please give a example) also not compatable too

I have a new very nice gaming computer and i surf the web alot and dont want to risk getting any viruses so a frined of mine told me i should try out using a Mac. Operating software...he explaied that there was a way that i could run both programs on my computer...Does any one know what he meens? What software would i have to buy in order to make this possible and what would it cost me? What are the pros to running a Mac OS? What can you do?

I have downloaded videos off of Mozilla Firefox and i have windows media player 11, but when i download it, it doesn't work. whenever i download it, it is a shock wave file (.swf). it won't except it on wmp11 b.c of active X control. can someone help?

It seems that a lot of Harddrives are bigger than they need to be nowadays just so they can jack up the price. I have quite a bit of stuff on my computer and am using only half of my 20GB harddrive.

I just bought a Sapphire X1950 Pro graphics card from Newegg. It has two DVI outputs, but my LCD monitor only has a VGA input. I've looked online, but I can't figure out if the card comes with an adapter.

Would such a card come with an adapter? To those of you that have bought other cards recently, did they come with an adapter? Where would you buy such an adapter, should I need to buy one?

I have a GeForce 256MB AGP 7600 GS card. Of course, it originally comes with a DirectX 9.0c. However, I was wondering, will this card be compatible with DirectX 10? Also, what about Windows XP SP2 and some of my games, such as FIFA 07? will those be affected?
