This depends on the resolution of the TV screen. Your picture will probably be fuzzy compared to a monitor.

Didn't you just ask this question a few minutes ago?
The picture quality depends on the resolution that your video card supports and what your TV supports.
In most cases (If your TV is not an LCD or Plasma), your Computer Monitor will be able to support a higher resolution than the TV. Even some of the LCD/Plasma that are HD support lower resolutions than your Computer Monitor.

The resolution of the images on the TV are determined by the TV, not any video card, so don't bother to buy any video cards.
CRT TV is not as sharp as a computer monitor, but I don't think it will be so blurry as to be unusable. After all, people plug their game consoles into TV's all the time.

There is a lot more to that than memory. In fact, the amount of memory has little to do with it.
If the TV is an LCD, you have to check its native resolution (i.e1280x800) and see if your video card can manufacture that resolution. If it can, you should have good crisp text.
If ti is an old CRT TV you should get a clear picture, but the text may be fuzzy.
The features of your video card (# of pixel pipelines, speed, and max resolution) have more to do with your ability to read crisp text than the size of the memory.

By resolution they mean the size of the tv. The bigger the tv the less quality you get from a 64mb. and vice versa
