can't get a program out of add and remove-a box appears with "setup.exe" and says program must end. sorry!

i have been able to delete said program in program files and "programs" but can't get it out of add and remove. it's a mistry.

I was looking for a free download of Ccleaner I found it here http://bit.ly/1rXpNZF
It's a very good program and easy to use.
