Yo,I deleted muh Recycle Bin items and I need to get one of them back cause its important and if I dont get it Im doomed..so How do I get my files back after they been deleted from the Recycle Bin

There are a few file recovery programs out there. There is no guarantee however that the file you want recovered will all be there. In the meantime, don't restart or anything. Any of the file recovery programs for instance there is one called "Undelete" but search for "File Recovery Programs" and you should get a decent list. Check the freeware sites out there as there is one called Undelete that I have used with some success. It is however limited and you might have to sort thru a lot of junk to find it. If you have the file name and extension however, it might be able to just bring back that file. I accidently deleted my entire artwork portfolio once..and got about 95% of it back. Good Luck!

You can try doing a restore. Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Restore. Good luck.

Search for un-delete programs. You can try to do a system restore...but... You're most likely out of luck.
