Youtube.com, Getting people to watch my Vids?

I really want more people to be able to watch my videos, on youtube, but its like if you search that song it wont come up so soon cuz it haz real LITTLE views, how can i boost up my views for my videos, and how do you get more friends on youtube.com

well you could add more tags so that when they searched stuff they'd see ur vid
