Hello u greate People.
My dream language in programming is C/C++ but not getting freshers job in C/C++. I have good knowledge in it. I joined a company for Dot Net programmer and working from 3.7 years. But I always attract with C/C++ language. I can not pay for this due weak economic and also have average qualification marks. My Qualification is BCA and doing MCA(last Sem).

I just got an iMac and I'm MacClueless. I'm so used to windows, this thing is foreign. I cannot get on the net. My husband and I are on a network (2wire) and he's good to go but i'm not. We've had this setup for over a year and everything was fine then my (recent) computer crashed. My husband got me this"lovely" piece of machinery. So I tried the internet setup assistant but i'm stuck. What and wheres the subnet mask # for "configuration? And router address for this configuration? Where? and the IP? Is all this located somewhere in this beast? Or do I use my networks?, or my husbands?, or can I use theirs (#'S)?, or who?, or why? or "what the hell?" Please,......"can you help me back to the net? I wish I were back on the net " signed, stuck on stupid

i have got some quickbooks Learning CDs which have to be in the CD Rom while running the Program. it just sucks inserting and ejecting the CDs everytime so i asked one of my friends about this issue. he told me to make CD images and Install some Virtual CD/DVD rom Software. i installed the Software but when i Add a drive and want to mount it, it asks me for Image. i don't know what's this image and how is it created? plz Explain me breifly if anybody knows about it because i am a little weak in computer.

I have a compaq presario desktop. I also have dial up. When I connect to the internet I have no problems but a short time later. It shows at one end I have no connection but at the other I am still connected (if that makes sense). Basically I need to disconnect and then reconnect to get internet service. I had the same service use same jack everything the same but on a different (old) computer and never had this problem before. HELP!!!!

My mother has a Dell computer with a speed of (I'm guessing) 1 gigahz. It is about 4 to 5 years old. Is this good enough for viewing video conferencing with a broadband IP? She can't travel and I am undergoing chemo treatments. This and other factors has resulted in a 2 years since I have seen her. I suspect it doesn't have much of a video card and probably 250 to 500 meg memory. So where is it best to optimize the video conferencing components: memory, or video card, or cpu speed? I don't have much money to spend on it being upgraded.

i have reformat/pc recovery my laptop and i lost all my files - text, audio & videos. what i have now is a folder which supposed to be containing these files. however, the folder is unaccessible. i tried to use SMART DATA RECOVERY, but i only recoverered few of my files. i want to recover them all, especially my text documents & images. thanks!

It seems to be a setting in my computer rather than the videos themself I always just see a green screen. This happens sometimes on Yahoo! Video but on other platforms too.

I currently have an AGP-based motherboard and I'm planning on upgrading my ATI 9700 Pro to one of those two cards. (I won't upgrade my PC to PCI-E until Windows Vista is released and stable drivers have been finalized. I don't want a repeat of what happened when I first got WinXP Pro...) Anyway, I'm kind of stuck. According to WikiPedia, the X1600 XT has a core clock of 590Mhz and memory clocked at 1380 Mhz 128-bit GDDR3. It has 12 pixel pipelines and a max fillrate of 7080M Texels/sec. The 7800 GS, however, has a core clocked in at 375 Mhz and memory clocked at 1200 Mhz 256-bit GDDR3. It has 16 pixel pipelines and a max fillrate of 6000M Texels/sec. That makes me a bit confused on which of the two are better cards. The ATI is clocked faster but only has 12 pipes but higher fillrate. The nVidia is clocked slower and has 16 pipes but lower fillrate. One has 128-bit memory, the other 256-bit. Both have 256 MB GDDR3. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
