cpu usage is around 100 percent due to this spoolsv, please advise a solution , steps to remove the same

File attachment shows as 'in progress' but does not attach the file to an out-going email. I'm not sure where to go to change my settings to allow email file attachment

When I tried to rip my CDs to my system this message came up, I clicked web help but is was no help!! Can any one help me please..
