here is a way you can create the internet .:) 1.figur out the whole time light speed travling thing .2.locate a worm hole or invest more time into a warp field purpulsion engene then before you travel to the time era before the internet was created id make sure i knew how to talk with the goverment and tell them of your ;) creation . . . . but if your talking about geting creative on the web you can get a 360 yahoo page there are free web hosting pages you can download anvil music studio if music is your thinng are you looking for art stuff try gimp its a cool program compleatly free gimp.org um other ways to get creative on the inter net is go to free byte there are tons of cool things learn a programing language :D hope that helps if you mange the time travel thing just remember i helped ya ha ha ha :)

You need either a domain server, Windows 2000 or 2003 or a web server like iis, see link.

I don't know what options are available for non windows O/S.
