I just purchased a Netgear wireless router yesterday and I just found out today that its refurbished. I'm worried that it might be a broken piece of junk, and I was wondering if anyone has ever purchased a refurbished router. I've seen the ratings for it on multiple websites and they're all pretty good, but it might be useless if it is defective.

It seems that a cd-rw disc does not play on some cd rom drives ? Is the fault with the cd or the rom drive? Also if a dvd is used ,6 times more space is available on it to record sound . Can this be done?

Last 3 months, I did called to renew my SBC DSL Internet Service for 14.99 a month for one more year. The customer service guy did agree with me on this. He said "I'll add to you one more year for 14.99/month". I called twice to make sure that I heard him right. Recently, when I look at my bill, they charged me with 19.99/month. I can't believe it. I called back to SBC DSL to ask, they said: "Something has changed in our policy, and 19.99 is the best price that we can offer you (?)"

What should I do? Can I sue them?

I've sold some stuff on craigslist that get almost instant responses from rabid buyers. Oddly enough these posts are often removed by "flagging", when there is nothing wrong with them. Are the posts being tampered with by people who don't want someone beating them to a buy? or maybe by sellers who don't want competition?

I'm recently got a new mac. I am trying to install new software including Adobe Creatice suite and Microsoft office for mac. But every time I run installer, it doesn't install. The rest of the computer works fine, I just can't install anything form a disc.

basically someone watched the house for us whilst on holiday and have been in my email account! I have found certain things that i wanted to keep {that I had previously sent} now gone!!! The trash file was emptied the whole "sent" file has gone and the computers recycle bin is also empty before I go to the police i would prefer to check it was nothing and anything that was sent was in no way a violation to my personaldetails or credit rating or anything else for that matter!Is there any way of getting any of the Emails back?
