I renewed my tax disk online at that site on Monday evening, and initially the site was unavailable to me also. I think they're having server problems, and that's why access is iffy. Have another try, or if worse comes to worse, empty your browser's cache which will force the page to load fresh (rather than from the cached page.)

I never heard of a web-sit, maybe that's where your going wrong. I opened it.
