putting music on you tube?

i am part of a garage band and we want to put one of our songs on youtube...and then put it on our myspace music, how might we do that?

I have used youtube. I took a movie of the peice our band was playing, loaded it onto the hard drive. Find the file on the hard drive (do a search if it isn't under My Music within the My Documents folder (using my camera it was an .avi file) and plug it into YouTube. That simple. Fun to watch yourself. I don't know about myspace. On my website I can Insert an audio file. Perhaps same in myspace.
