I can not read or send mail.why?

if this is a yahoo email account do the following

★★ NO FORWARD, REPLY, COMPOSE ★★

◙ There is a simple fix if you have Internet Explorer and you cannot forward, reply, compose, spell check etc in Yahoo Email account. All you have to do is to delete Internet Explorer's temporary internet files.

◙ Click on TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > Click the DELETE FILES button.

◙ Now in your email account hold down the SHIFT key and click the refresh button on your browser's toolbar. Everything show work fine in there now.
