my computer sometimes froze, and i dont know why. I checked no virus, i thought corrupted files from the hardrive. Somehow i dont know why to fix that. I always see that with my school's computers, even at works. anyone knows how to fix this problem, thanks a lot.

My PC is outdated and parts are begining to fail so its time to upgrade. Ive been using AMD but since im changing just about everything in my case i want to try the new intel chip. I have Microsft Excel installed and I want to add the icon to my desktop and quicklaunch menu but it doesn't appear at all on my All Programs menu. The only way I can open it is through the run command and typing excel. How do I add the Excel to my All Programs menu and desktop? Your help is appreciated.

I do. (:\) I got it back about 2 months ago. Had it for over 2 years before that but got it disconnected - The whole 2 years we had small problems with it. We decided to get it back because we thought maybe it was our phone lines in the old house or the old computer, We now have a new computer and new phone lines in our new house :P. We have 'verizon one' and have some friends that have verizon as well..some of them not even verzion one.

Now my problem is that it has been really slow and sucky for about the past month, whenever I call them they say that it will be fixed soon, some others have e-mailed them and get a reply that it will be fixed soon. MY A**!! This is BullS***!

Does anybody else have this problem?
