Check if you have the original packaging for the warranty or call the place you bought it from to check if that brand has one and see if there is anything covered there for repair or just call around for repair services of mp3 players usually any electronic repair service I would assume.

Other then that I don't know except to get a new one.

It seems like you have corrupted file system or there maybe garbages in folder such as .Trash. Refer to your user's manual and see if there is a factory reset option. Otherwise you probably need to reformat them connecting to computer. I doubt this will be possible other than linux variant os which can be a bit tricky. If there is not software option, your choice maybe sending back to factory.

Check to see if you still have the Warranty. Then call the company to ask about troubleshooting and repair options. If i remember correctly Scan Disk should have a website with contact information.

clever! properly, you stated water harm is coverable genuine? a million) Wash it with your outfits. 2) Drop it interior the lavatory! 3) Drop it on a concrete floor. If all else fails, in simple terms corrupt the mp3 participant and say that it began having utility problems and you prefer an entire refund!

Walk over to the garbage can and toss your mp3 player out.....then go to the store and buy a new one and don't break it.

most of the tiome when you plug it into the computer, you can goto my computer and select it then you can format it but some mp3 players have it built right into the system and the media manager will format it for you (format means erase everything on it)
