I do. (:\) I got it back about 2 months ago. Had it for over 2 years before that but got it disconnected - The whole 2 years we had small problems with it. We decided to get it back because we thought maybe it was our phone lines in the old house or the old computer, We now have a new computer and new phone lines in our new house :P. We have 'verizon one' and have some friends that have verizon as well..some of them not even verzion one.
Now my problem is that it has been really slow and sucky for about the past month, whenever I call them they say that it will be fixed soon, some others have e-mailed them and get a reply that it will be fixed soon. MY A**!! This is BullS***!
Does anybody else have this problem?

I can honestly say if you were have problems then, you will continue to have them and they will not get any better! I know first had. The dial up service is great, but the dsl can be a handful. Try cable or sat.....cable is great!!!!

verizon is junk they always break down there noting but total junk there server is no good at all they lie to you on the phone and you pay for junk dont trust them

I have Verizon DSL... I dont really notice to much of a problem unless I'm downloading something...... Then it'll take forever and sometime it'll freeze too. Sometimes it runs slow when I'm just surfing but not ALL the time.

my cousin does and he's always calling me because he's having some kind of problem with it. it's not worth it...
