Well, if you can't make a down payment, then how will you ever make a payment? ;-) The best thing to do would be to put one in Lay-A-Way at Walmart. Pay 10%down. You've got 3 whole months to pay on it anytime you get extra money and then you'll have a new computer. It is safe to buy a Toshiba laptop from walmart. If you buy a desktop from Walmart then get something with a Pentium 4 processor so it won't be a 'walmart only' configuration. Their other computers are made specifically for Walmart and I just don't trust 'em... good luck
