I have encoded my short film into MPEG-2 format. It's all been multiplexed together, so its one file now, though when I look in properties, it says that the type of file it is is 'Movie Clip'. I have burned it to a CD to burn to a DVD at a friend's house, because this computer cannot do it. Just wondering, is there anything else I need to do to the file to ensure that it will play on stand-alone DVD players?

when I turn on my computer, it 90% of the time will reset itself, I have to go through it atleast 4 or 5 times before my comp will finally stay on. sometimes im on for half an hour before it happens and other times 2 seconds

Since Sep28, my downloads page shows me that I have downloading stuff of around 50-60 MB everyday, while the only thing I have downloaded in this period is a 25MB VistaInspirat theme(the antivirus and antispyware update files are hardly 0.5-1 MB). My computer is also acting weirdly, sometimes I am typing a website in the URL box and the cursor jumps to the Yahoo toolbar all by itself the next moment! Also, the current browser window on which I am working on is suddenly vanishing by itself and the other browser window is popping up. I am sure that my computer is not infected with virus or spyware, because I have a powerful security and I have done many online scans. I also have ZoneAlarm firewall. Please help. is there any way to change that IP address or block anyone out, I dunno anything about it so I require details. Is there anyway to know if my computer is being hacked? Plz help me. How can i prevent this from happening again?

I have a Trident video card. VERY old, but it did the trick for the past month. Now, for some reason, i can't get SVGA on my computer, only VGA. I wanna delete the drivers, and then reinstall them, to see if that will fix things. Where would i find them on the HDD? In Which folder? Or where could i go into windows and delete them?

when i try to connect, the software prompts for a license file which is in the CD but when shown, it does not respond or accept...

Say there were a site out there (credible, not just some scam) that had various types of fetish videos out there that had a monthly subscription rate of say 5 bucks (if you were into this type of thing) would you subscribe. what if there were a seperate option to where if you email the "site" for 2-3 dollars you could get a custom made video customized to your likeing... would this be worth the money?

Why do I feel that, if Google started a Google Answers, it would be faster, cleaner, and things would be organised by themes in a much clearer way? And why do I feel that humour would be largerly allowed on it, unlike on Yahoo! Answers?

Sometimes when it freeses up, even pressing the three buttons doesn't take care of the freeze. I usually end up having to un-plug, wait awhile and then turn the machine on and HOPE that it won't freeze up again.

i am going to buy a laptop but for a change i want to try mac, i have used one in high school they used to be in library and it used to freak me out because they were so complicated i never found what was where...so which one is really better? should i stick to old windows or give another chance to macs?
