juno.com advertises free dial-up internet for ten hours a month. You get it on-line. When you get the free version they don't ask for any credit card info, but cut you off at 10 hours and then offer to sell it to you.

I downloaded the free version and it was a pain in the butt, they dumped a few icons on my desktop and it kept trying to dial up, even when I didn't want it to. So I got pissed and uninstalled it. However, I went into my Network Connections and re-entered my username and password, three months ago and have had unlimited trouble free internet ever since (once I uninstalled it all the pains in the icons were deleted, and I believe so was the mechinism that keeps track of your hours), My free unlimited internet is as good as any isp I've ever had. You just don't have a bill, customer service or e-mail, but you get your e-mail elsewhere, right? Is this wrong?

Mr. Mitch B I only have an interface. I just got buttons and labels with pretty colors and all that. I have not written any codes can you help me or not.

I had to replace my hard drive with a new one.It was dead dead dead.So I replaced it with my xp cds,it works perfect.But my problem is I had office2000pro on my old drive.But I have the office2000 pro cds,But I am having a problem.I lost my jewel case with the key.I have looked everywhere.I called microsoft for help.But yhey want me to pay $99.00 for support.That sucks.I paid for the cds last year and lost the dam key.So does anyone have any ideas what to do?Are a fix.Please help,I don't want to throw the cds away,they cost to much.

I'm having trouble understanding video cards. I have a game for my young nephew that I need a video card with 32 bits. I found a video card with 64 bits and 8 MB; shouldnt' this card work?

I thought the memory was the bits so I'm confused. What is more important, higher bits or memory and what is the difference. Is there a minimum I should get?

Again it's just for very simple games on an avg. computer not a high end one. I also have a minimum of video card knowledge. Thanks!

Okay, the question is, i have a laptop with two slots for RAM. I have to remove a simple cover to access where the RAM chips go. THe thing is, i can see the slot for the first chip really easily (plain view), the second one seems to be under a white plastic/vinyl covering which i don't know if i should remove. I have my A+/N+ certifications but i know that there are somethigns on laptops you just don't want to touch or take out. My question, how can i find out exactly what chips i can and can't remove? Where can i find an owners manual or service manual for a Toshiba satellite 2805-s402? any advice is much welcome.

I have a wireless router so i can use the internet on my laptop. I have a program called surveillance pro and this morning i went onto the SSPRO and it says i accessed porn and also played my childs computer game when it definitely wasn't me or my husband and it couldn't have been my 3 year old. It didn't show any of this on the history(the history wasnt deleted). We just installed the wireless router a few days ago and this only started happening since then. Is it someone hacking into our computer?
