If you have a combo drive, you can copy the dvd contents to your hard drive. If you have a dvd burner you can make a copy of a dvd to another blank dvd.

To copy a DVD, I suggest using DVDShrink...it will make an exact copy so you have a good backup.

You can as long as you have a DVD burner, writable DVD's and software such as Nero that will do it.
