Yes, New Release Candidates (RC) are better as they are fixed with prior known bugs, etc, more features are added for users to test, etc. So go for it.

"RC" stands for "launch Candidate". volume after "RC" skill no longer some thing for a person yet has some sense for MS in elementary words. after all, any "RC" is raw fabric and is amazingly some distance from waiting product.
