Ok after all this your work is over for free but one thing you should know that Norton anti-virus is the best product which will take care of all these problems but you have to pay for it and also it slightly slows down your machine.

Yes, you can download all antivirus software mentioned above.
The thing is, are you ready for complications? Complications for update, configurations, and another which ends because they are just trials? If the answer is no, then go for ANTIVIR. Once installed, forget it. It will just automatically update the vdf and you don't have to configure it.
