My printers do not work because Spooler SubSystem App. error comes up. I am running a business and the owner will not pay to fix the problem. What can I do

The id must be 12 numbers long, and it must be randomly generated. i am using the uniqueidentifer as the data type for the id number. its generating the number, but i want a 12 digit integer format. how do i do this? if not, what data type i should use, and what formula/default value i must use to generate the number? Please help me!!!

If I have a picture of a guitar and it has a scene behind it, but I want to "black out" the background, can I do that with cutting/or cropping it? My issue with that is I can never seem to cut the lines close enough and then it looks choppy. Thank you!

Hi! we are traveling in Europe and I would like to know if we bought a new lap top in a foreign country can we change the language by using the clean up disks? We have an English bought Acer at the moment and when I have used the clean up discs it says to press "F2" I think, when it is booting up, in this I can put in any language I want, does this change the language for the whole computer and is it the same for all lap tops. The first lap top we bought we bought in Spain and they charged us extra for Windows in English is this normal or were we ripped off?

I am the only one who uses, and I haven't changed settings. It was working fine on the sites I need, and then yesterday those sites are not working. Contacted other end and they work. Background info to question: First the delivery was delayed, then a new motherboard was needed (it took about a MONTH! before I got the PC back), then a new hard disc… & I’m not even sure it’s working properly now - & their customer service is appalling, I am dreading calling them again -if I can get an answer!
