Background info to question: First the delivery was delayed, then a new motherboard was needed (it took about a MONTH! before I got the PC back), then a new hard disc… & I’m not even sure it’s working properly now - & their customer service is appalling, I am dreading calling them again -if I can get an answer!

Please let me know what you think of this company.

looks like they may be , but e.machines comes a close second. new power supply, processor, switch, and all designd to go wrong after two years....know people same has happened to.If it is a consolation. E. machines, cant ring em. when you do, it is premium rate 50p minute, then they cannot send parts. P.c. world is the worst. they want you to put your comp. in there shop window do it all fix it all show off expensive near to private dentistry springing up everywere. Best place is an electronic company. But, you have to have the right questions, to get the right answeres. And, it is all a f ing game this computer lark. I am getting off mine in four weeks. had enough.

The fact I've never heard of them suggests they're not that great. You would have been better off buying the parts and building your own computer from scratch. Doing so is a lot easier than it sounds, and will get you a much better system for a lot less money. For example, it cost me around £700-£800 to build this rig. A pre-build of the same specs would have cost anywhere between £1500-£2000.

My uncle has a pc pc that has a multi touch song pad it is 4 a million/2 years old and works splendidly. possibly you will desire to stay faraway from crappy manufacturers like Dell, HP and Acer.

Surely they can't be worse than Aries/Watford! I've had a pretty desperate time with them.

good pcs, my mate got one, and it had a fault, but they sorted it quite quickly

demand a refund if its faulty, and build you own, its loads cheaper. just built one with same spec and 600 cheaper
