Well I don't actually know whether it would, since it says a minimum of 512 RAM and you only have 256. I would definately recommend more RAM.

Yes it will run.

I'm sure it will. You may want to upgrade the RAM a bit.

The question is, why would you want to run Vista?

it may work . Required cnfig. are 80 gb hard disk,1gb ram,
dual core processors
