A blog is an online diary where people share their thoughts and daily activities.
Basically u write about what u feel like! About ur family, ur hobbies, ur school, studies, ur job, ur children, ur spouse, ur political views, or celebrities or maybe promote ur business-anything u want!
Due to the easy availability of online publishing tools, even an average internet user can start a blog.

It's short for "web log" and is a type of small website that can be anything you want it to be. Normally, things are added on a regular basis.
If you had a political blog for example, you could note daily events and add your commentary with your personal point of view. Most blogs have a feature where others can insert comments, as well.
