does any body no a site were i can look at live web cams of streets a freind told me you could even zoom in on sum of them. i have googled it but so far all ive had is still pictures updated every 5 min which isnt what i want

Can you recommend any fairly small, as i will be taking them abroad in my suitcase. Obviously i know the more you pay the better the quality, but as long as i can watch a dvd with a decent sound i dont want to pay mega bucks.

I'm going to format and repartition my computer in a few days and I was wondering what is the best way to organise the partitions, some sites say you need to have one for the system and one for games etc. Can someone help me out? Once I've run out of RAM and my computer will no longer open any new windows or save URLs in my "Favorites," I have to reboot and will then get about another 30-40 minutes of surfing before having to reboot again. Have never experienced a similar problem, although I've been surfing for several years. My system = Sony "Digital Studio PC," w/: 2.20 GHz Pentium 4, 1 GB DDR, 800+ GB HD, Windows XT Home. I fully updated my virus/spyware/adware software (PC Tools "Spyware Doctor") databases and ran full system scans--no help.
