does any body no a site were i can look at live web cams of streets a freind told me you could even zoom in on sum of them. i have googled it but so far all ive had is still pictures updated every 5 min which isnt what i want

I have a web cam site where I can go see the Keyes In south Florida when ever I want and check out south beach Too.It is a lot of fun on weekends you can even e-mail to friends a if you are there at the place on that day try world web cam.com Or try state webcam.com hope it help or I can send you one via e-mail only with your written aproval .

Unfortunately most of the street web cams work that way, as streaming video takes a great deal of bandwidth, not to mention expense.
Try doing search for live feed web cams

What streets? I know of many webcam sites, some of which you can control (pan, zoom). Like one near or on Crystal Pier at the foot of Garnet. But you didn't even talk about what city/country so good luck fella.

you can see the A6 on the stockport collage webcam. its good on a satuday night when you can watch drunks falling out of the pubs.
