My printers do not work because Spooler SubSystem App. error comes up. I am running a business and the owner will not pay to fix the problem. What can I do

What kind of printer do you have? Is it an inkjet, laser, or something heavy duty that sits on the floor? Best advice is no matter what type of printer you have, just find where the problem is pointing to and replace the part... if you're having trouble finding where the problem is, go to the manufacturers' website and look under the trouble shooting section and type in the error code... lastly, if you're still having trouble fixing it, take a bat and smash it like in "Office Space" and go buy an HP Printer (I used to work for them and their printers are really top notch.

You can't reinstall print spooler - it's a service in Windows.
You might want to try installing the printer software.
