i'm using windows xp . I tried to open registry using run command, but ! same error !

You do not have administrator right on the account... What you can try to do is to restart the pc in safe mode and enter the administrator account and if you can get access then install the software you need and restart the pc. It should normally work. You can also change your current account to gain administrator right by going into control panel and user accounts...

Is it your PC? You need to sign on as an administrator or go to control panel user accounts and change your type to administator.
