I am ready to format my CPU because of too many errors, Pop-Ups, etc.. I have formatted my Hard drive before and it was a BIG hastle because I didn't have all of the drivers. Is there a way for me to backup all of my drivers to a disk?

Every time I turn on my pc,nothing responds and most of the time even the icons don't show up.I have to log off by bringing the taskmanager(alt+ctrl+del is the only thing that gets any response at this time)and log in again to make the pc function.I have formatted my disk and installed a new win xp,have scanned my hard drive with anti viruses but nothing seems to work.
