Please help! I've sent to this person from my email many times in the past year. Why is it being bounced back? I tried sending two emails today and both bounced. Thanks for your help. I will choose a BA...

Given the error my guess is that your sending domain is being blocked by the recievers mail server.

i.e.

Lets say you send from [e-mail] - then for some reason the reviever email server is blocking emails from mail.com.

This sometimes happens when the folks who operate the mail server subscribe to a blacklist company. They will identify domains that are potnetially sending out spam. The are alot of companies that have been hit by this. Mine included. We had to threaten to sue the blacklist company to get us back up.

The easy way to check is to get the person who your trying to send to to talk to teir IT folks if its a company email or their ISp if its private and ask them why email from your address can't get through.

Another simple test is to send them email from another email account eg a gmail account (anything not on the 'mail.com' account giving you problems) and see if it goes through. If it does then its most likely the above. If it doesn't then you need a plan B.....

attempting again later commonly works for me. each day, some device or digital gizmo does something somewhat amok, like my motor vehicle promptly locking the doors when I only stepped out to drop something in a mailbox. I even are transforming into a technophobe!
