Create the accounts! Give yourself Admin rights and them guest priveleges. It's the grown-up way to go about it. There's nothing to be ashamed of for wanting to have control over your own property!

Most people fully understand this position. Those who don't are too stupid to be using your computer in the first place. BTW do you have Antivirus, antispyware protection? Young guys are always going to those porn sites that are run by criminals and are full of viruses, spyware and other upleasant code. And having raised boys, I can't imagine your friends will practice 'safe web surfing' on YOUR machine, what do they care if YOU get infected?

Besides, do you think they won't find out if they DO try to install some software on your machine and you actually HAVE this mytical free software installed?!? Consider just how passive/aggressive, creepy and foolish you will look then when all you had to do was be up front with them in the first place!
