The sleep mode can be helpful, but terrible if you are burning a CD. I went away and let it burn to the CD. When I returned my PC had gone into the sleep mode with the screen blank, and tower light flashing. I moved the mouse to return, and found the program had shut down. All text was gone, and the program locked. I could only reboot. That CD was wasted. I want to keep the sleep mode from coming up. I'm not sure if the scren blanker would mess up a CD burn.

When I place the card into the slot on the front of the computer (the 'G' drive), it's supposed to bring up the Camera & Scanner Wizard (I'm running XP Media Center Edition); however, it's not even registering the card's presence. Even when I go into Windows Explorer and try to open the 'G' drive from there, it tells me there's nothing in that drive. What's the problem, and how do I correct it?

My computer monitor and desk top have been in my car for the past 3 wks or so. Recently I plugged my computer pieces up and everything works fine except for the monitor? My screen has nothing but a green tint to it.

What could have caused this? I was told that magnets can afect ur screen but it wasn't near any magnets, also I was told that my car stereo could have done this.

At any rate, is there any way I can get my color back? Ive tried the deguass, it flicked different colors but my hue is still green. Ive also unplugged the plug that goes fromthe monitor to the desktop several times and this still hasnt fixed it.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Ok, everything I try to open is taking forever. I have a laptop with the mouse pad and it has a scroll on the mouse pad and even that is taking forever, there aren't any viruses since ive scanned my computer, and there arent a lot of programs running. When I click the history tab it shows all the sites I've been to. I was just wondering if it is possible to prevent them from having the option of being deleted when you right click it. Like some option button I can turn on and off. I need to see what sites people are getting on, on my computer (without them deleting their history), but I don't want to block those sites.
