Change you view to "PageBreak Preview". Here's how:

1) Click File, choose "Print Preview"
2) You should now see a button "Page Break Preview". Click it.

Now your page break lines should be visible as blue dashed lines. You can grab them and move them with the mouse.

You cant drag the print area when you see the print preview. close print preview, go to page setup->sheet->print area. then type the cells to be printed..

use shift key and select you area to print
