I have developed photo library browser. I want to resize the photo size to disply the image in browse. Plz suggest the relavent software to resize the photos fast.

You could use Irfanview, it's a small free utility that has many features.
One of them is what you need to resize a batch of photos (I have used it to resize 600 holiday photos)

Once you have downloaded and installed, follow the instructions below on how to convert:

1) Click on File in the menu along the top.
2) Select 'Batch Conversion/Renam' halfway down the list.
3) Look for your files on the right-hand side.
4) click on the Add button or Add all if you want to convert all shown in the window.
5) Go to the bottom right of the window to the 'Set Advanced Options'
6) In the resize section, change to your preferences.
7) Click on OK
8) Just above that box is the 'Output Directory', click on the Browse button to the right of that box and select the location you want to save your converted files.
9) When you're ready click on the 'Start' at the top of the column of button.

Fotor photo editor, which I use now can do this job with neat steps there. You may try and learn more here: www.fotor.com/windows/user-guide.html I think this tool is really cool.
