My computer is a windows 98 and has only 4 GB, but recently a lady gave away her windows 98 to us and it has 10 GB. I like my computer better, so can I transfer the ram from the other computer to mine? They are both pretty much the same computer, only minimal differences.

i hav 250GB sata hard disk, now i'm useing xp but i wish to install fedaro core 5 how can i do this with out deleting xp?
i have four partitions in my hard disk (c,d,e,f) i wish to put fedarocore5 in f patition how can i do this and am i play a mp3 song in fedaro core which save in drive e?

our computer had only 6 gb hard drive originally until we added a new 80 gb hard drive. the installation software that came with the new one gave us the option to copy all files from the old drive to the new, and use the new one as the boot drive. we did that, but now we have no use for all the files on the old drive and want to delete all of them since they're copied to the new. my question is if windows is deleted from the old drive, will that have any bad effect on my startup or windows performance? the exact copy is on the new one now but i just want to make sure. any helpful info is appreciated.
